Fee Structure (Hourly Rate)

                1/2 Hour session $75.00

                1     Hour session $150.00

                2     Hour session $200.00

                3     Hour session $300.00

                4     Hour session $400.00

                5     Hour session $500.00

                6     Hour session $600.00

Dr. Mark works individually with clients from 1/2 to 6 hours per session.

He practices locally in Scottsdale, AZ and sees clients in their homes and may have a $25.00 traveling fee depending on location. If client is unable to be seen in home, he has a location in Scottsdale he can use.

Dr Mark also sees clients out of state and the fees are the same. Client would be responsible for travel and lodging costs.

For out of state clients there is a 3 day minimum and client must be seen a minimum of 6 hours a day.

Dr. Mark will also see small groups for half and full day sessions and the hourly rate is the same as individual sessions.
